The following is a list of websites that I've come across that are relevant to people investing in real estate in Australia. I don't check this list regularly, so some links could become obsolete without me knowing.

www.somersoft.com.au	Jan and Ian Somers' site for ordering and downloading their book and software products, as well as an excellent discussion forum.
www.creativerealestateinvesting.com.au	Something like an Australian version of the US site. Contains book and general discussion forums, and information on lease/options.
www.otter-software.com.au	Produces software for keeping track of a real estate portfolio.
www.wealthtipsonline.com.au	Steve McKnight's investment group (now closed, apparently).
www.propertyinvesting.com	Steve McKnight's main investment site. Tips about investing and accountancy, and a discussion forum.
www.apimagazine.com.au	Australian Property Investor magazine. Contains some articles and other resources.
www.powwowevents.com.au	Contains free articles as well as the touring information of John Burley, Robert Kiyosaki, etc.
www.geocities.com/buildwealth_au	A recent discussion site on investmenting, particularly related to Peter Spann. Seems to be broken, currently.
www.financialsuccesssystems.com	Geoff Doidge's site on property investing - a successful Australian's perspective.
www.egroups.com/houseofwealth	A discussion board about general wealth building techniques. Open to all, but has an Australian flavour.
www.johntreed.com/realestate.html	Although not Australian, John Reed provides an interesting alternative view on many of the real estate gurus now popular in Australia.
www.propertypower.com.au/	Leonard Barnes' site about his new book Property Power.
www.freestyler.net.au	The investing network of "The Wife" - outspoken, insightful, and a bit of an Australian property icon.
groups.msn.com/PropertyInvestment/	Another Australian property investment discussion board. Need to register with Microsoft Passport in order to contribute.
www.poaa.asn.au	The Property Owners Association of Australia. A non-profit group with branches in each state.
www.navrainvest.com.au	Steve Navra's property investment pages. A specialist in the space between positive and negative gearing.
www.gatherumgoss.com	Gatherum-Goss and Associates - Property-investment educated accountants in Melbourne.
