This badly named page contains links to information that I've collected on investing. I've dabbled in property / real estate investing for a few years and have put some interesting material here. I recommend educating yourself sufficiently about any investment area before taking the plunge, so maybe this will help people. Of course, everyone's situation is different, so get professional advice too (this stuff is definitely not it).

I started collecting a number of links to investing sites relevant to Australia and property investing. Perhaps it will be helpful to others?

Also, I tried doing a simple analysis of negative and 'postive' gearing. I came to the conclusion that the gearing arrangement doesn't make or break the deal - the deal does. Dumb huh?

Lastly, and perhaps most usefully, here are some reviews of investment books that relate to Australian or property matters.
