In summary, I’ve been in the telco/IT industry for over two decades, leading technical projects, producing strategy and architecture, leading teams and developing people . My qualifications are a Bachelor of Computing and Mathematical Sciences from The University of Western Australia, for which I received First Class Honours, a Bachelor of Letters from Monash University, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance with Finsia/Kaplan. My experience has been focussed primarily on mobile devices and networks, although I have also covered software applications/systems/platforms, media streaming, cybersecurity, and AR/VR. My most recent role was Head of Telstra Labs, where I have designed and implemented frameworks for involving customers early in the planning and development of new products, often those products arising from new technologies.
